James Alfred Asare

Mr. Alfred Asare holds Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana, ICA from the Institute of Chartered Accountant, Ghana, a Diploma from the Institute of Data Processing Management, Ghana. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants - Ghana. James is a Chartered Accountant since 1998 and has worked with the State Insurance Cooperation between 1972 and 2010. He rose from an Audit Assistant to Chief Financial Officer by 2010.

His schedules had included Internal Control Systems, verification and approval of all payments and ensuring the keeping of proper records. He also developed, among others, appropriate accounting procedures for recording all underwritings and claims. He has studied and practiced ‘Compliance with International Financial Reporting’, participated in several financial seminars and short courses. Mr. Asare was one of the Consultants in the team of JEAVCO Associates Limited that executed FOAT project in the Ashanti Region in 2012. He joined the firm as Consultant in 2012.
